Payment at the Cashier
Proceed to the cashier for payment to officially confirm your child's enrollment.

What to prepare
- Completed enrollment form
- Two (2) pcs. recent 2×2 picture
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Long brown envelope
- Long plastic envelope
- Medical Certificate (if there is a health condition)
